I’m Regina, the coach behind Rooted Radiant Coaching.
I support people in navigating change across many areas of life — health, habits, stress, transitions, and life direction — by helping them reconnect with what grounds them, clarify what matters most, and create meaningful, sustainable change that fits their real life.
My work is informed by functional medicine principles and a root-cause perspective. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or surface-level fixes, we gently explore the underlying patterns that contribute to stress, fatigue, imbalance, or feeling stuck — and translate insight into practical, supportive lifestyle changes.

I’m a certified Health & Wellness Coach with advanced training in functional and integrative health coaching. While I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, I support clients in implementing foundational lifestyle practices that often complement medical or functional care — especially when recommendations feel overwhelming or difficult to integrate into daily life.

This program focuses on behavior change, routines, stress support, and follow-through. It does not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or interpretation of lab work.
